Winning 10 million dollars in the lottery but having to spend it all in 3 days creates a difficult situation which causes you to think with speed and good judgment.  10 million dollars is life changing money, however having to spend it all in such a short amount of time can cause stress, resulting in irresponsibly spending your money. Instead of spending all my money recklessly on dumb things I would think about what I could benefit from and how I can help other people with it.  Although I am still a teenager in high school, I would use my money to help me in the future. Because I am so young my parents would also probably have a say in what I buy which dictates where and what the money goes to. I would divide my money up into sections and spend it on charity, a luxury house, a car, necessities and of course a few things that are just fun and don't hurt.

First and foremost, I would give a good amount of my money to various charities in a prudent and impactful way. Donating quickly to organizations like food banks, medical foundations and etcetera would ensure that other people are getting money and things that they need. Not giving money to charity when you have that much is a selfish and rude thing to do. Instead of spending all of my money on useless meaningless things, I would think about how I can help people by donating to various charities. Rather than making superfluous purchases that don't have a large impact or value, giving millions to people in need makes a big difference and creates long term benefits for communities. This would allow me to make a difference in people's lives and stop people from struggling. It would also give me purpose and make me feel content knowing I did good and helped people.

Second, I would invest in a luxury and stable house. Purchasing a fully built, high end house in a nice area would be the ideal dream but would also take away a big portion of the money but would be a good, responsible choice for the long run. A house like that would support financial stability and security however could come off as an ostentatious approach by choosing something extremely flashy and or unnecessary that wouldn't add real value. I would still choose a luxury house that would be suitable for my family. I would also buy a car or two or three for me and people in my family, this way that when I become the age to drive, I won't have to pay for a car with only the gas. I would buy 2 extra cars to give to people in my family just for fun. These things would all be very necessary to live a comfortable life.

Lastly, I would spend the remainder of the money on necessities and food which are essential in daily life. This would include clothes, shopping, appliances, furniture, food and toiletries…ect. I would also probably be a little extra when buying food and a private chef. I feel like if I had the money, it would be helpful to invest money into quality meals. While these items may seem smaller compared to charity donations and a house, they are very important necessities that I can't live without. I would also spend a little bit on gift cards so I would still have money to use on specific things even after the 3 days. I would buy a lot of clothes for me and of course my family. These purchases would still be necessary but also allow me to have fun and buy what I want.

Spending 10 million dollars in three days requires smart decisions instead of being impulsive.  By dividing the money into charity, a house and car, necessities and fun things, it is possible to use the money in the most meaningful way. This plan prioritizes responsibility and needs over waste and ensures that creates stability and public benefit. If thought out correctly, this challenge can reveal a lot about people's values and intentions. It shows that money can be very positive and powerful when used with care instead of acting carelessly. Even in a short amount of time thoughtful thinking can create long positive outcomes. All in all, the point is not to just spend money but to use it in a meaningful way.
