A breath

A pause

Then im tossed truck into noise

Rising from a palm

I suddenly skyward up

Spinning

The court looks small

They anticipate with urgency

All faces tilt up

Their eyes tracking me like I am fate itself

For a second,I am

Finger catch me slowly with precise

A set, which lifts me higher not to be held

But to be release

I hover trembling in the air

With control and chaos

Arms form a wall

A block, pushing me back against my will

I start to fall, no i’m saved

A dive, desperate trying to reach me

I bounce off her hand

They won’t let me rest

They won’t let it end

“They’re calling –minee”They set me upwards redirecting me knowing what’s

Next

I wait to be hit but nothing, they set me

A sudden force

A hand like thunder hits me midair

A spike, sends me screaming

A fate i can’t decide

I am fast. Waiting an impact I can’t escape

They answer

Back and forth Ii go

Passes between strangers

I do not choose where i fly, where i go

Suddenly

Silence…

I meet the floor

For the first time

No  one reaches for me

The crowd yells

They all yell

Except the people next to me

We were all still
