She sits there

Waiting for the painters to finish their masterpiece.
Day and night she was handcrafted ever -so carefully,
no one dared go outside the lines.
Every
line,
boundary,
frame,
limit,
end,
rule,
constraint,
and border
were beautifully crafted.

Every
stroke,
mark,
color,
emotion,
interaction,
even her earrings
were meticulously planned—
for her benefit of course.
She dared not to complain
After all,
Who would be dissatisfied with a picture-perfect life?
